Work began on the repair of the slate roofing at the heritage listed St James' Church, Drysdale on Monday 11th September, and has recently been completed. St James is one of the oldest surviving buildings in Drysdale, opening in 1872.

A Roof appeal fund is up and running to help fund the estimated $40,000 cost for this repair, and already we have received some generous donations, for which we are very grateful. If you would like to contribute to this Appeal, please contact our Appeal Treasurer, John Marks, at, or PO Box 365, Drysdale, 3222
